The ideal customer care specialist will be customer-focused, detail orientated, and target driven.
You should be polite, accurate, and able to work well within a team.
Customer Care Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Receiving or making calls from or to customers.
Responding to leads and inquiries via phone, text, and email.
Understanding of the service software; Service Titan, Slack, Dial Pad etc.
(preferred but not required) Booking customer appointments through the Service Titan software.
Customer setup through the Service Titan software.
Responding efficiently to customers and creating a positive experience.
Build and foster a positive working relationship with the team.
Transferring and escalating the calls to the appropriate department if needed.
Billing and Collections Participating in training to improve existing skills.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Customer Care Coordinator Requirements:
Exceptional telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers.
Ability to resolve conflict.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work in multiple software applications simultaneously.
Two years related experience and/or training in customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$35,000.
