We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in Location .
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties efficiently and accurately, including posting charges to guest accounts and balancing financial transactions - Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately - Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activities or incidents - Prepare daily reports and complete administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Multilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse guests effectively - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest services inquiries - Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is advantageous - Bilingual proficiency is beneficial for effective communication with guests Join our team as a Night Auditor to contribute to the exceptional guest experience at our hotel.
