Summary:
Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an experienced Licensing Specialist to join our accounting team.
The Licensing Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the processing and filing of business licenses and permits for multiple entities.
Duties &
Responsibilities:

This position will have responsibility to monitor, prepare, and file license activity for multiple locations.
General functions:
Process all licensing requests and permits, including New Location Openings and acquisitions Recurring and non-recurring journal entries in relation to licenses, taxes, fixed assets Accrual, R&M, Capex period end reviews Regularly collaborate with other departments Annual functions:
Audit support Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Two or more years in licensing or related field.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
