As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Administrator to join our team and support HR and Billing initiatives.
SUMMARY The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support to the HR department and assists with various HR functions.
The HR Assistant collaborates closely with the HR manager and other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of processes and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate the new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, background checks and drug screens.
Conduct new hire orientations and assist with the completion of employment forms.
Assist in the recruitment process by managing the posting of job openings.
Manage company vehicles:
set up auto insurance for new hires, order gas cards for new vehicles, processes insurance claims, generate monthly toll tag report, and process vehicle registration renewals.
Respond to client requests for credit verifications and billing related issues.
Contact all new clients to gather appropriate Accounts Payable info utilizing the Welcome to Versacor procedures, and follow up on any discrepancies or missing information related to invoicing.
Contact customers via phone or email to inquire about outstanding payments and resolve payment issues.
Procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of HR principles, practices and regulations preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
