The Role:
As a Dental Front Office Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our valued patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Scheduling appointments, coordinating treatment plans, and managing the office calendar.
Answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and providing information about our services.
Assisting with patient check-ins, paperwork, and insurance verification.
Coordinating with our dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow and exceptional service.
Managing patient insurance benefits, filing dental claims, posting patient payments, statements, insurance AR Hygiene Recall Managing administrative tasks to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual who possesses:
Previous experience in a dental front office or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in scheduling software, office management systems, and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Empathy and patience in addressing patient needs and concerns.
