The team is responsible for providing timely and accurate reports used to manage a dynamic and growing company.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Prepare and enter transactions into accounting and other information systems Customer Invoicing Accounts Receivable Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required Maintain logbooks and business activity records Scan documents into document management system Comply with the company's data integrity, security, and privacy policies Perform other duties as assigned Key Competencies and Skills Ability to work in teams Proficient at typing and transcription Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Effective in verbal and written communications Ability to solve problems Accurate and detail-oriented Willing and able to multi-task and take on new responsibilities Education and Experience Associate's Degree or Certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field is preferred Bookkeeping experience is preferred Compensation $25.
