The role of Social Media and Digital Strategist is vital to the success of KinActive.
The vision of the practice was built on the success and influence of our social media platforms.
Our social media platforms connect us to the outside world & showcases what we do well & why parents and clinicians should choose KinActive as their guide for therapy and education.
As the Social Media and Digital Strategist, you are the creative expert that connects where we are today with where our vision is for the future.
No other person communicates directly with the database of potential clients like the Social Media and Digital Strategist.
We rely on your wisdom to decipher the needs and wants of the public, and then direct the brand to position itself to maximize potential revenue.
The objective of product and resource development from KinActive's standpoint is to cultivate, maintain and increase our market share by satisfying consumer demand.
From a customer standpoint, it's to ensure the value of the brand directly reflects the quality of the services, products, and resources being provided, and, simultaneously, the quality of the services, products, and resources directly reflects the value of the brand.
This position is essential because it is the differentiator between capitalizing on what is working well within the company and pivoting away from current and future stress points.
Key Functions of this Role:
Social Media & Graphic Design:
Develop reels, stories, posts & strategies to promote KinActive Kamp, Chiropractic and PT Services, & Educational Products.
Translate our vision and strategy into social media/marketing tactics and build the organizational support and infrastructure needed to achieve them.
Communicate with social media followers, via direct messages and comments.
Proficiency in Canva required.
Marketing Strategy Development:
Responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for the company.
This includes conducting market research, identifying target markets, analyzing customer needs and preferences, setting marketing objectives, and executing direct marketing efforts.
Additionally, lead quarterly recap and regular strategy meetings.
Marketing Communications:
Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies is another key function.
The Social Media and Digital Strategist oversees the creation of marketing campaigns, advertising materials, social media strategies, public relations initiatives, and other promotional activities.
They collaborate internally and with external agencies to ensure the message aligns with the company's brand and resonates with the target audience.
Branding and Positioning:
Building and managing the company's brand image and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
This involves using brand guidelines, creating marketing materials, and communicating the company's unique value proposition.
The Social Media and Digital Strategist also works on positioning the products, resources, and services effectively in the market to differentiate them from competitors.
Resource and Product Development:
Development of new resources and the enhancement of existing ones.
This involves conducting market analysis, identifying market gaps and opportunities, conceptualizing new resource ideas, and collaborating with outside partners.
Performance Tracking and Analysis:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to measure ROI and optimize future marketing efforts.
Set performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze the data to assess the success of marketing campaigns and product sales.
Based on these findings, the Social Media and Digital Strategist will make data-driven decisions to improve future strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
Gathering and analyzing data on customer behavior, market trends, competition, and other relevant factors.
This information helps in identifying customer needs, understanding market dynamics, and making informed decisions.
Tech Support and Online Community Management:
Assist with the development of our online communities and resources.
Troubleshooting technical problems as they arise and coordinating with our website developer for additional help.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
