Medical office experience is mandatory Clinic Scheduling Organized and detail oriented.
Compensation commensurate with experience Receptionist duties include:
Greeting every patient with a smile Answering phones and providing information regarding plastic surgery procedures to potential patients Clean and stock rooms Check in and room patients Scan and print documents Enter demographic and basic medical information into EMR Call insurance companies, checking of benefits and pre-authorizations Schedule new and follow up appointments Clean and Sterilize Instruments Collect payment and maintain accurate inventory Create and print quotes and invoices Job Type:
