Summary:
RobotLAB DFW is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager for the Hospitality Channel, with a focus on Restaurants, Hotels, and Assisted Living facilities.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by developing sales opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory or accounts.
Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact to negotiations and closing deals, consistently exceeding annual sales targets.
Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with customers to understand their specific business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products through compelling proposals and presentations.
Stay updated on market landscapes and trends relevant to the Hospitality industry.
Contribute to industry-related events like trade shows and exhibits.
Develop and maintain an active account list, including target accounts, prospects, and existing customers.
Conduct research to identify new opportunities based on an understanding of the competitive landscape.
Attend and actively participate in weekly internal sales and operations meetings.
Utilize CRM system (Salesforce) to create quotes, track opportunities, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create engaging content and drip campaigns to drive new and repeat business.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of sales experience, specifically within the Hospitality industry.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of relevant technologies.
Previous experience of selling to premium restaurant chains is preferred.
Self-starter with a creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in an opportunistic and entrepreneurial environment.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
