Responsibilities:
The CRC Office Manager is essential to supporting the day-to-day operational functions, and the CRC Executive Suite/Leadership Advisory Board.
This person must be able to operate as a part of a dynamic team, be flexible in their approach, capable of working with senior executives, demonstrate mature reasoning and the ability to analyze problem sets and propose solutions.
This person will work with an HR Manager in support of their primary and collateral duties.
The Office Manager will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and support day-to-day administrative duties of CRC, CRC CEO, and the Leadership Advisory Board.
Office Manager duties may include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Oversight Team Management Office Organization Communication Scheduling and Calendar Management HR Support Technology Management Event Planning/Coordination Problem-Solving Reporting Ad hoc Tasks Required
Qualifications:
Strong ability to organize tasks, manage time efficiently and maintain structured workflows within the office environment.
Demonstrated capacity to lead and supervise a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
Aptitude for identifying challenges, making informed decisions, and resolving issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft 365.
Ability to adapt to evolving situations, handle changes efficiently and remain composure under pressure.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills; building and sustaining relationships.
Attention to detail and developed analytical skills; meticulous in ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks and office management processes.
Capacity to find innovative solutions, streamline processes and optimize office resources effectively.
Ability to work flexible schedule/hours to include overtime.
Maturity and leadership; exceed the role of a leader, embody the role of proactive achiever.

Qualifications:
Management & HR Systems experience Eligible for Security Clearance up to TOP SECRET US Government Service Contract knowledge or experience Additional Requirements:
Associate degree in business administration, management or a related field or four (4) years of experience.
