Dental Front Office Assistant

We are looking for someone who loves smiling and is passionate for helping others, who has amazing organizational skills and professional, caring and a friendly attitude with great spoken and written communication skills.
Must have a Strong work ethic (punctual, takes initiative, dependable, self-motivated) The chosen person must have experience in performing the following duties:
Answering phones and greeting patients when they come Making and canceling appointments with patients Dental treatment planning and charting Filling up insurance papers and keeping track of dental billing information The process of converting dental treatments into scheduled appointments Office duties include document filing, scanning, keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
Assist the Office Manager with other duties.
Practice management software Treatment plan presentation Dental codes and posting Insurance processing and eligibility verification Marketing Microsoft At our office we believe in creating a better dental experience.
