What you'll be doing:
Finding, onboarding, and managing subcontractors to prefill work orders.
Coordinating with customers, subcontractors & field supervisors on project schedules & scopes.
Ensuring projects are on track and budget by communicating with field supervisors(Your eyes & ears in the field.
) Problem solving with customers & subcontractors when projects do become off track.
Documenting important details of the project in a CRM.
Weekly reporting of all projects.
Weekly sub payout reports.
Note:
Although this position is 50% remote, this job requires you to always be available to go into the field.
