ThePrograms Assistant for the Public Works Department provides general clerical or direct services to a department or division and acts as a liaison between the office and divisions under the department.
This is accomplished by operating and monitoring the various enterprise databases, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on findings from the databases, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Other duties include completing routine clerical tasks and supporting activities as needed.
