Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to customers over the phone, via email, or in person.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Update customer information in the customer service database.
Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
Enter Orders in a timely manner.
Assists with corporate accounts.
Attention to detail is critical.
High level of organization and follow through required.
Previous Customer service experiance.
High level of organization and follow through required.
Experiance with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and Power Point.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize situations autonomously.
