We are looking for an Executive Assistant with these qualities and
Qualifications:
Independent go-getter:
your primary function is to relieve Sonia's heavy administrative workload with minimal supervision, recognize when she needs assistance basically read her mind.

) Master of wearing many hats:
billing, errand running, HR, credentialing, small accounting tasks and calendaring are all part of this role.
We're looking for someone with a no small task is too small attitude.
Quick learner:
it's ok if you don't know much about our industry, our CEO is willing to invest time into developing YOU! Self-starter and strong finisher:
a confident individual with a whatever it takes to get the job done attitude.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Executive Assistance:
Email, calendar, and energy management for CEO Errand running, event support Gatekeeper and gateway to Sonia HR:
Employee status and pay updates in ADP Billing:
Ensure billing is coded and processed in a timely manner What we offer is a fun, friendly environment, we offer health, vision, dental, life insurance, and PTO.
Salary is $50-$60k/year based on experience with bonus and growth opportunities.
This is a Southlake-based, full-time, in-office position, Mondays to Fridays during business hours.
