National Accounts Manager Functions and Job
Responsibilities:
Responsible for effective grammatical and communication skills both internally and externally.
Proficient in specific computer programs and organizational skills.
Excellent communication relationship skills with all Company Accounts and is willing to take on additional responsibilities as they are created by the Executive Management.
Work with the Sales Department and Operations (Production) as a team member.
Articulate communication, both verbal and grammatical, to initiate and receive telephone calls and increase sales.
Present oneself as professional, personable and polite.
Proficient in helping keep the Sales Department and other various departments organized.
Be creative in helping develop sales and marketing ideas and understand the competition.
Responsible to confirm, with management approval, all travel and appointments, both internally and externally, related to SS Choice business.
Organize and coordinate initiatives to attain additional sales, establish new accounts, and maintain accurate/updated records of all sales and/or operational activities.
Maintain confidentiality, accountability, trustworthiness, credibility, in and outside work.
Understand various system programs to create formats for reporting/tracking proposes and for use in making sure all Orders/Returns are implemented as expected and in a timely manner.
Track sales results and create a working relationship with specific internal departments, and the sales force, that assists in the monitoring and understanding of company objectives and results.
Be able to prioritize responsibilities.
Administer, implement and record all sales contracts/agreements.
Assume responsibility for the organization and maintenance of all bidding, contract and pricing proposals to insure timely submission and accurate setup in company system.
Be able to communicate succinctly and effectively to members of the sales staff, finance, operations, distribution, senior management, and accounts/customers so that there is a clear understanding of prices, contract terms, requirements, qualifications, terms & conditions and volume expectations.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Basic knowledge of computer programs:
WordPro, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Highly effective closing skills.
Professional appearance as per Company dress code.
Being on time to work and appointments (when applicable).
Accountable, creative, trustworthy, skillful, polite with the understanding of confidentiality.
Good people skills that enable one to work effectively with people, externally and internally, to get the job done.
Willingness to work overtime where needed.
Ability to organize, prioritize and practice timely management of responsibilities.
Possess strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills.
Be open minded to understand and learn, especially computer programs and other related technology skills, in an ever-changing electronic cigarette environment.
Understand financial principals that relate to sales budgets, profitability, analysis, payouts, contracts/agreements, account prerequisites/qualifications, returns/return goods allowances, etc.
and report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different people and interface with different areas of the Company and Company's customers.
Recommended Skills Analytical Closing Skills Confidentiality Coordinating Courtesy Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
