Job Description:
Likewize is searching for a Senior Fraud Manager to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for protecting Likewize and Client assets by minimizing overall risk, including financial, regulatory, lawsuit, and fraud loss exposures while providing optimal customer service.
This position is an exempt position where employees are expected to give full professional attention to their work and to be normally available during business hours, including working any hours necessary to perform the duties of the job.
This position may require employees to work evenings, weekends, occasional holidays and to travel.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform risk assessment and fraud investigation with objective oversight, and communicate findings to management, internal departments, and clients.
Achieve workload productivity targets including cycle time and volume metrics for insurance claim reviews and associated linkage analysis.
Achieve milestones for assigned fraud process and fraud system projects.
Provide reporting metrics to Management that tracks success of the project with recommendations.
Incorporate fraud prevention controls and strategies, such as new processes, efficient procedures and onboarding system overview.
Contribute to the development of system requirements, new implementations and other projects.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
Provide excellent customer service in response to fraud incidents reported from multiple external sources.
Analyze internal processes for risk; review and recommend changes to business practices and record keeping.
If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.
BS/BA in a business management or information technology discipline (i.
e.
statistics, economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, computing, and engineering) or equivalent years of experience.
At least two years industry experience required.
Fraud analysis or investigations experience preferred.
Prior experience in telecommunications and/or insurance industry strongly preferred.
Background leading a team of non-exempt and exempt level employees.
Experience in performance management techniques involving progressive discipline, schedule adherence, and motivating others to succeed.
Well-organized, highly motivated, and disciplined.
Strong interpersonal skills required to influence, effectively communicate and build immediate rapport with all levels of the organization and clients.
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
Possess a unique combination of analytic knowledge and customer-facing skills.
Adaptable to fast paced, changing environment, can multi-task and handle conflicting priorities, be self-motivated, detail oriented, maintain excellent organization skills, work independently, meet critical deadlines and have a strong sense of accountability for managing results in accordance with assigned goals.
Excellent customer service and project management skills.
Ability to drive projects to successful closure.
Advanced proficiency in PC applications such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
Microsoft SQL data mining skills a plus.
P&C claims foundation and fraud claims expertise preferred.
Currently held P&C Adjusters license preferred; if not, will be required to obtain P&C Adjusters license within 90 days of hire.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
