Job Description:
Likewize is searching for a Client Program Manager to join our team at our our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
In this role, you will identify client needs and oversee the successful delivery of their services.
Your ability to establish processes and provide consistent high levels of customer service in a cost effective manner will be key to your success.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to; Support global program implementation and solution delivery as a technical and business process SME Map processes into conceptual wireframes and render those into solution design opportunities Liase with Customers and Business areas to support service delivery world wide Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensure systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed Develop a strong understanding of projects impacting service and ensure service impact is minimized Own escalation process of major incidents, ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to Clients and post incident review Interface with various internal stakeholders to communicate program status based on defined Account metrics Continuously look for areas of improvement and proposes improvement initiativesIf you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineer or related field; MBA a plus.

years of experience with service delivery and solution design.
Wireless or Logistics industry experience preferred; experience in consulting preferable.
Experienced Service Management professional, with a passion for Service Improvement.
Excellent leadership and people management skills with previous experience as a Team Lead preferable.
Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services.
Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to support and mentor junior staff.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills.
Solid analytic and problem solving abilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineer or related field; MBA a plus.
Bilingual a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
