Under the direction of the Community Manager, complete lease packets, calculate rent, and prepare all documents following EXPPM policy and procedures Maintain resident and property files and waiting lists Maintains accurate reporting as required per various agency and program requirements Audits and prepare the property for LIHTC, MOR, and other reviews Ensures compliance with EIV requirements Performs all other duties as assigned.
Experience and
Qualifications:
-OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has strong experience in Conventional.
Section 8 and LIHTC programs.
oShould possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and produce accurate work consistently, while demonstrating a professional demeanor at all times oCandidate must be able to work as part of a team or can work independently with little oversight oIs proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Property Management-related software oMust enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service! oParticipated in Management and Occupancy reviews oThe work schedule is Monday-Friday Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
