The Remote Executive Assistant/ Weekend Call Taker position works closely with the our General Manager/ Founder & is responsible for answering & making inbound/outbound calls, scheduling sales appointments, data entry, payroll entry, and help with miscellaneous office admin tasks & implementation throughout the business.
This position does require some(But limited) travel to our Northlake office.

Qualifications:
Completion of High School.
Organization and detail orientation.
Google Suite Experience.
Excellent communication.
Strong passion for building systems & processes QUALIFICATIONS 2 Years prior experience in home service call taking 2 Years of Customer Service Experience Excellent written & verbal communication skills English required Job Type:
