Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain the reception area in an organized and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service by answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information about our services.
- Cross-train and assist in various roles when required, such as assisting with spa treatments, inventory management, or administrative tasks.
- Prioritize patient needs and ensure their satisfaction by actively listening and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize technology efficiently, including electronic medical records systems, scheduling software, and other relevant tools.
- Contribute to the spa's social media presence, creating engaging content and effectively promoting our services (social media skills are a plus).
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, working closely with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new skills, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is essential, preferably in a spa, medical, or hospitality setting.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various responsibilities and tasks.
